Clue Communities
Our mission to protect society from harm goes beyond developing intelligence and investigation software.
We take on the responsibility of building a community of customers and investigation professionals across sectors worldwide to explore common challenges and share best practices, all aimed at helping you achieve better outcomes from your work.
To achieve this, we host events and working groups to engage our community across key focus areas. Currently, our Communities are centred around Economic Crime, Sports Integrity, Measuring for Success, Cases and Disclosure, and our annual flagship User Conference.
Economic Crime
Our Economic Crime Community is dedicated to enhancing approaches to intelligence and investigations into fraud, illicit finance & money laundering, and corruption and sanctions evasion.
Led by our Head of Policing & Government, Matt Horne, this Community attracts particular interest from Clue users across government, law enforcement and corporate enterprises.
Resources produced for and in collaboration with our Economic Crime Community, include:
Counter Fraud: Navigating the Path to Prevention. Based on a survey of investigation professionals in policing and government, our report reveals five key challenges faced by counter-fraud teams – and their progress toward prevention.
Combatting fraud with data and intelligence. We gathered experts from SFO, NCA (NECC), City of London Police, RUSI, and US Homeland Security to tackle practical fraud prevention strategies in a 90-minute webinar.
Sports integrity
Our Sports Integrity Community is focused on improving intelligence and investigations into corruption, match manipulating and doping, while helping organisations to improve approaches to safeguarding.
Led by our Head of Sport, Phil Suddick, this Community attracts Clue users across governing bodies, data companies, and top-flight sports clubs.
Resources produced for and in collaboration with our Sports Integrity Community, include:
Protecting sport with proactive counter corruption strategy. We gathered members of the FBI, Interpol, HKJC and more gathered to share insights and advice into protecting sports from corruption in this webinar.
Safeguarding in sport – achieving earlier intervention. Influential safeguarding in sport experts came together in this webinar to tackle actionable steps sports organisations can take to enhance their approach to safeguarding.
Measuring for success
Our Measuring for Success community brings together Clue customers from across the public and private sectors tackling a wide variety of threats.
This Community helps customers to share their approaches to measuring outcomes to raise the standard and consistency in reporting in investigation management; to achieve ROI and successful outcomes from Clue by focusing on data, metrics and proving value; and create a standard of reporting that potentially enables a wider dashboard of data across businesses, that could even facilitate data sharing in the future.
Cases and disclosure
Our Cases and Disclosure community features Clue customers that have powers of prosecution.
Case management and the process of managing materials for disclosure is a vital part of preparing for prosecution and trial. Clue has made significant ground in making this vital process more efficient and robust for users.
Feedback and insight from our Cases and Disclosure community have directly influenced the Clue product roadmap. The ability to disclose and display more classification data and order items on a schedule are just a few examples of updates on the path to supporting a single best-practice approach to case and disclosure for Clue users.
Clue Conference
The Clue Conference has grown in popularity each year, becoming an important date in our users’ calendars.
As well as ensuring our customers are gaining maximum value from the Clue platform, the goal of the annual event is to provide a valuable networking opportunity, enabling like-minded experts from a range of cross-sector organisations to connect, collaborate and share best practices.
