FBI and The Hong Kong Jockey Club join Clue sports integrity webinar
Representatives from the FBI’s Integrity in Sports Group and The Hong Kong Jockey Club (HKJC) will join the panel of Clue’s webinar Protecting sports with proactive counter corruption strategy, taking place Wednesday October 12th, 2PM BST.
The new panellists will replace Friedrich Martens (International Olympic Committee) and Ronan O’Laoire (UNODC), who unfortunately can no longer participate in the webinar due to ongoing operational requirements.
Meanwhile, Dieter Braekeveld (Interpol) will replace his colleague, Claudio Marinelli (Interpol).
Clue now looks forward to welcoming a revised panel of leading sports integrity experts from across the globe, including:
- Chair – Martin Dubbey, Managing Director at Harod Associates
- Pat Myhill, Director of Operations at UK Anti-Doping (UKAD)
- Ian Smith, Integrity Commissioner at Esports Integrity Commission (ESIC)
- Heriberto Quiroga – Integrity in Sport Group (ISG) at Federal Investigation Bureau (FBI)
- Dieter Braekeveld – Integrity in Sports Training at INTERPOL
- Tom Chignell, Executive Manager, Racing Integrity & Betting Analysis at The Hong Kong Jockey Club
Commenting on the changes to the speaker line up, Clue’s Head of Sport, Phil Suddick, said: “We have managed to secure at short notice three amazing new panellists which will ensure this webinar achieves a truly global representation of the sporting integrity landscape.
“We are very grateful to Dieter Braekeveld, Heriberto ‘Beto’ Quiroga and Tom Chignell for joining us. Alongside our other panellists, they will ensure this event is enjoyable, insightful, and provides sporting ecosystem attendees valuable learnings and knowledge.”
